Due to the advances in Virtual Server technology we have been able to build this feature into our backup system. Unfortunately due to their nature, computer systems do fail. It could be a very simple problem such as a power supply failure that can often be fixed very quickly. However in most cases you may find that even in this instance your systems could be down for a whole day or more. Most businesses would be surprised how much a simple event like this can disrupt their business even for a single day. Imagine how your business would cope if you experienced this kind of downtime.

We can remotely create a Virtual Server using our local Backup Server if your Server failed to allow your business to continue to function. We can often have this up and running in less than 30 minutes so keeping your downtime to a minimum whatever your Server failure. Your local and off-site backups continue to run regardless and when your Server is fixed we can move you back over to your Server.

There are also some added functions that can be useful for larger business. The Virtual Server can be utilised to create a full test environment for patch/update testing, configuration testing or software updates. You can then find any problems that may occur after any of these changes on your test Virtual Server rather than on your live Server. You can then resolve these problems first on the Virtual Server before introducing these changes to your live Server.
