Fully Managed Service

We provide a fully managed service both remotely and on-site that is all part of your monthly rental. Your system is fully monitored and alerts are generated as soon as there are any issues with the system. If your Internet Line dropped and even a single incremental backup failed, we would know about it and can remotely access the system to check it is functioning correctly.

Your fixed monthly cost covers all support regardless of it being a software problem that can be resolved remotely or a hardware problem that requires on-site. If there is a hardware failure with our local Backup Server we will attend site to replace the failed part or replace the machine with a replacement unit if needed. There are no further support charges for this service it is all cover as part of your monthly rental.

This means your monthly costs are totally fixed and even if your storage requirements increase locally or off-site your monthly costs won’t increase.
