There are no bandwidth limits, no traffic shaping and no bandwidth throttling so the speed your line connects at is the speed you will receive. We won’t say we are giving you a 50mb/s connection and then throttle the connection, shape the traffic or impose restrictive bandwidth limits! If your line is able to connect at 24mb/s that is the speed you will receive. Nothing more and nothing less. Just a good old fashioned honest connection and not one subject to clever jargon to rob you of your bandwidth.

We provide an unmanaged and a managed product for many of our connections. Our unmanaged lines are designed for those customers who are more than happy to manage their own connections. Our managed service give you complete piece of mind and covers any remote or on-site support that may be required if you experience any problems with you router, firewall or line. All hardware and labour is fully covered so you can be safe in the knowledge that your connection costs will fit your budget and stay that way. It also covers an inclusive business grade Firewall in addition to your initial on-site installation and configuration.
